Shipping And Return

Shipping

Eagross Wellness LLP (us, we, our) uses the logistics/ courier/ postal services of 3rd parties to provide cost effective and transparent shipping experience for the parties involved.

Computation of shipping costs may be based on various parameters (weight / distance / volume based) which can be singly or jointly applied to an order.

Until unless specified, all online orders involving shipping are shipped via 3rd party within 2 business days on receipt of an order. Shipment schedules are based on the location of the customer. Once shipped, usually it may take 5-10 business days for delivery of the merchandise. However delivery in certain remote areas/ locations of India it may take a bit longer.

Returns

Ohh no, I can see discrepancies against what I booked? 

Eagross Wellness LLP (us, we, or our) have put forth a hassle-free return process to ensure that customers confidently deal with us. We strive to provide the best user experience to our customers.

However, there may be instances wherein we might encounter slip-ups. We encourage customers to send an email to [email protected] and place a return request in case of

  • Package size discrepancy
  • Received expired item
  • Paid more than the MRP (maximum retail price)
  • Received another item

We deal with such return requests on priority. Based on the return reason and detailed scrutiny at our end, we may ask you to retain the package and in addition  

  • Initiate a refund, OR
  • Process and ship the original order at our cost, based on our internal policies and procedures

Gosh, is this how deliveries are handled?

 

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. Although there may be times wherein items may be damaged in transit due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we urge customers to send a note to [email protected] detailing your feedback.

Customer resolution will be met based on our internal policies and procedures on a priority basis. Such a resolution may also involve us connecting with our Shipper with feedback. Customer resolution to be handled and met on a case-to-case basis.
